Things are getting exciting at our house, and the fun has just begun! We've had a lot of fun preparing Titus' room and it's definitely given this mama something to thing about and keep busy while waiting.
The library table was mine growing up and before that it was mother's. I love seeing it in my son's room and look forward to him using it a little later in life.
I can't wait to fill the frames with some pictures of Taiwan. Hopefully, we will be able to get some beautiful pictures to fill these frames. The chest of drawers belonged to Kevin's parents when they lived in the States. I love pieces of furniture that have stories and that once belonged to other family members.

Love the pictures! Just wanted you to know that the chest of drawers actually belonged to Titus' great-great-great aunt Lalla (Ella Bierer). It was covered in many layers of paint and was used to store tools when my mom and dad rescued it and had it refinished. What a treasure! Sue
ReplyDeleteWait, you're missing something! Oh yeah, A BABY!!! Go get that little guy!
ReplyDeleteLove Titus' room - it's almost complete! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, Alicia! This is just adorable! I love that you placed meaningful, heritage items in the room. This story began long, long before anyone ever imagined...! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, according to your live feed I am officially stalking your blog hoping for more pictures. :)
