It's familiar!
And I like it!
However, sometimes I must remind myself that He is control and His plans are much different than mine. In May, Eric and Kate announced to us they would be moving to Chicago, hopefully by early fall. Well, the summer has come and gone...and the big day arrived. I fought tears for most of the day. The waterworks remained still and quiet until just before they were pulling out their driveway one last time and then they flowed hard and fast. I know God has ordained this move: He moved insurmountable mountains, He orchestrated the tiniest of details, and He provided each and every step of the way. It was amazing to stand beside them and watch Him. Our hearts our heavy but we look forward to grand adventures in the Windy City soon.
I love the pic of the kiddos. God has this, all of it. We trust Him and miss you so!
