My heart skips a beat when I see emails from Ted that begin with "Like cold water to a weary soul is good news from a distant land." Psalms 25:25 Today we received the news that Ted has sent our translated homestudy and power of attorney and they should arrive via FedEx tomorrow morning.
Our next step is to sign and notarize our documents, then send them to the Secretary of State for authentication, and finally to the TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office) to file everything. We are making progress!
